I added a power disconnect to the hoist today. It gave me a reason to break out the plasma cutter to make support structure. Melting metal is always fun. So is blowing stuff up bu that’s for another day. Next week I’ll be adding a current meter which will allow us to see in real time what kind of stress is exerted on the hoist when we are raising loads. More to come.
